Cher at the 58th Annual Academy Awards
This woman has made more appearances on editors’ worst dressed lists than half of Hollywood combined. Cher regularly makes a splash in outfits calculated to shock and awe. Thumbing her nose at an Academy that had failed to nominate her for Mask, she showed up in a Bob Mackie, midriff-baring, Vegas showgirl–style dress—complete with feather headpiece—to present the best supporting actor award in 1986.
