New Year's Eve brought out the good, the bad and the ugly in this week's Style Winners and Losers. Here's wishing you all a happy, healthy and fashionable 2010.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo
Steph: Nick and Vanessa were a rocking duo during the Times Square affair on December 31st. While I normally abhor anything furry or fuzzy, Vanessa looks a little like a majestic snow queen in this ensemble. Her sleek up-do and white gloves are very regal, don’t you think? Meanwhile, Nick is well turned-out in a sleek suit and grey coat. This is one cute pair. Let’s hope they don’t sign on for a reality show.
Her Verdict: Style Winners
Christopher: Not too bad… I mean I will admit that I do think they are a cute couple. Their NYE get-ups might be a little too much for some, but I still think they make it work. I like Vanessa’s white gloves and faux wrap and I think her floor-length black dress is strangely fascinating. It actually reminds me of a similar black dress from Canadian designer David Dixon’s original “Barbie” inspired collection. Nick’s overcoat is a tad too bulky, but he did look good in his all black suit when he finally ditched the grey jacket.
