          Christopher: My pick for best dressed from last week has to be Anna Kendrick in the frothy Elie Saab strapless couture gown that she wore to the 12th annual Costume Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills. The actress’s gown was absolutely incredible with that elaborate flowing train and the intricate embellishments throughout. The little Judith Leiber bag Anna accessorized with was the perfect choice, don’t you think Steph?
          His Verdict: Style Winner

          Steph: I agree that this is stunning Chris. Each event shows us that she’s just as stylish a dresser as she is a talented actress. The Elie Saab made several Best Looks of the Week-type lists in the online space…with good reason. The romance and texture of the gown sweep you away.

          I think I might have preferred an elegant updo, but the dress is beautiful. That train is so interesting - delicate, surreal and romantic.

          I love this dress...it's whimsical within the bounds of a classical cut...love her clutch and jewellery too. Not digging the prom style hair do tho...but that's besides the point.

          Yeah...it would make a beautiful wedding dress. A half up-do would have been better than a total up-do which I think would have made her look too matronly. Otherwise, I love the whole look

          I LOVE THIS DRESS, BUT THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE ARE THE CIRCLES AT THE BOTTOM THAT LOOK LIKE BARNACLES.
          OTHER THAN THAT... GREAT DRESS!

          This is a beautiful dress and I must say Anna's figure is most enviable...but holy "bridal gown on a Saturday afternoon in June". Even her hair is birdal looking; just missing the tiarra on that partial updo. I love it...FOR A WEDDING...not red carpet glamour wear in my opinion, but she does look beautiful (for a wedding...i'll stop now).

          lol! I agree with you...she is missing the tiarra AND the "something blue". If this dress was minus the train and a beautiful colour (like deep green or icey blue or even white with some shimmer) I think it would be more appropriate...BUT all nit-picking aside, she DOES look gorgeous.
